The Fat Lip Pizza Menu, Explained | Fat Lip Pizza & Beer

New York-style pizza, three-day fermented dough, hot honey, and a few good reasons to stay for another slice.

First time at Fat Lip? Welcome. Pull up a chair.

If you’ve been searching for great pizza in Corona, California, and wondering what to order, consider this your unofficial guide to the Fat Lip Pizza & Beer menu.

We’re not one of those restaurants with a 14-page menu and a little bit of everything. We make New York-style pizza with a thin, crispy base, a big, beautiful crust, and dough that takes three days to get right.

We’ve got whole pies, pizza by the slice, a few things to eat while you wait, and a 20-tap self-serve beer wall.

Simple enough.

But if you’re staring at the menu trying to decide between hot honey, pepperoni, a white pie, or a vodka square, we’ve got some opinions.

Naturally.

First Things First: It’s All About the Dough

Before we get into toppings, we need to talk about the crust.

Our dough goes through a three-day cold fermentation process. That’s roughly 72 hours of resting, developing flavor, and building the structure that makes our pizza what it is.

The result is our take on New York-style pizza: thin and crispy underneath, tender inside, with a light, airy outer crust that borrows a little inspiration from Neapolitan pizza.

Then we bake it on stone.

The hot deck helps create that beautiful browned bottom while the cheese melts and the toppings do their thing.

It’s a lot of work for something most people eat in about five minutes.

We’re okay with that.

The Hot Honey Pie: Start Here

If there’s one pizza that tells you what Fat Lip is about, it’s our Hot Honey Pie.

Pepperoni. Black olives. Red onions. Our signature habanero hot honey.

Salty, savory, sweet, spicy. A little bit of everything, without turning the pizza into a circus.

The honey brings sweetness first, followed by a habanero kick that keeps things interesting. The pepperoni adds richness, the olives bring a salty bite, and the onions balance everything out.

It’s become one of our signatures for a reason.

And yes, you can order it by the slice.

Our recommendation: If it’s your first visit, start with a Hot Honey Slice. It’s the quickest introduction to what makes Fat Lip different.

The Plain Cheese Pie: Nowhere to Hide

A great pizza shop should be able to make a great cheese pizza.

No elaborate toppings. No distractions. Just dough, sauce, and cheese.

Our Plain Cheese Pie combines mozzarella, Pecorino, and Parmesan on our stone-baked crust.

It’s simple, but simple doesn’t mean easy.

You can tell a lot about a pizza shop from its cheese slice. How the dough tastes. Whether the sauce is balanced. Whether the crust stays crisp.

If you’re the kind of person who judges a pizza shop by its fundamentals, this one’s for you.

And we respect that.

Pepperoni: The Classic for a Reason

Sometimes you don’t need to reinvent anything.

Our Pepperoni Pie is exactly what it should be: red sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni on a properly baked crust.

It’s familiar, satisfying, and one of those pizzas that works whether you’re eating alone, feeding the family, or sharing a pie with friends.

Want to make things a little more interesting? Ask about adding some of our habanero hot honey.

Pepperoni and hot honey are very good friends.

The White Pie: No Red Sauce Required

Not every great pizza needs tomato sauce.

Our White Pie starts with béchamel and adds spinach, mushrooms, and bacon.

It’s rich, savory, and a little different from the traditional New York-style cheese-and-pepperoni lineup.

The creamy sauce works with the earthy mushrooms and smoky bacon, while the spinach keeps the whole thing from feeling too heavy.

If you’re someone who usually orders the same pizza every time, this is a good reason to break the habit.

The Vodka Square: A Different Kind of Slice

Let’s talk about the square.

Our Vodka Square brings together vodka sauce, ricotta, and basil.

It’s a different experience from our round pies, with a rich tomato-cream sauce, soft ricotta, and fresh basil.

Sometimes you’re in the mood for a classic New York-style slice.

Sometimes you want a square with vodka sauce.

There are no wrong answers here.

Well, there are a few.

But we’re not going to get into those today.

The Daily Specials: Because We Get Bored Too

We love the classics, but making the exact same pizzas every day would get a little boring.

That’s where our daily specials come in.

Depending on the day, you might find combinations like pesto and ricotta, sausage and mushrooms, pepperoni with jalapeños and garlic, or meatballs with ricotta and basil.

These are the pies where we get to have a little fun.

They’re also a good reason to come back and try something different.

Check the current menu when you visit, because specials can change.

Pizza by the Slice in Corona? We’ve Got You.

Not everybody needs an entire pizza.

Sometimes you’ve got 20 minutes for lunch. Sometimes you’re between errands. Sometimes you just want a slice of pepperoni and five minutes of peace.

We understand.

Fat Lip serves pizza by the slice in Corona, including our classic cheese, pepperoni, Hot Honey, White Pie, and Vodka Square selections.

It’s an easy way to try something new without committing to a whole pie.

Although if one slice turns into three, that’s between you and your appetite.

Don’t Forget the Wings, Meatballs, and Salads

We love pizza. Obviously.

But sometimes a table needs a little something extra.

Our chicken wings come in several styles, including traditional Buffalo, BBQ, habanero, and a simple salt, pepper, and garlic version.

We’ve also got meatballs with red sauce, Parmesan, and basil, plus breadsticks served with red sauce.

Want something green?

Try our Arugula Caesar with garlic Caesar dressing, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan, or the Pizza Shop Salad with iceberg lettuce, ranch, pepperoni, black olives, pepperoncini, red onion, and mozzarella.

Because balance is important.

Or at least that’s what we tell ourselves when we order another pizza.

What About the Beer?

Glad you asked.

Fat Lip Pizza & Beer has a 20-tap self-serve beer wall featuring a rotating selection of beverages, including local craft beers.

That means you can explore different pours alongside your pizza instead of committing to one style for the entire meal.

A crisp lager with pepperoni? Beautiful.

An amber ale with something rich and savory? Also beautiful.

And if you’re eating our habanero hot honey pizza, a refreshing pilsner or light lager is a great place to start.

We’ve even put together a guide to pairing pizza with craft beer, because apparently we have a lot of opinions about both.

Dine In or Take It Home?

Here’s our preference: eat the pizza here.

Straight from the stone-deck oven to your table, with the crust still crisp and the cheese exactly where it belongs.

Add a cold beer and a few friends, and you’ve got yourself a pretty good afternoon or evening.

But we know life happens.

If you’re picking up dinner on the way home, you can order ahead and take your favorite pies to go.

Just try not to eat half the pizza in the car.

Actually, never mind.

We’ve done it too.

What Should You Order on Your First Visit?

Here’s our suggested lineup.

Coming in alone? Grab a Hot Honey Slice and a classic cheese or pepperoni slice. You’ll get a good feel for both our signature flavors and the fundamentals.

Coming with a friend? Split a Hot Honey Pie and try a couple of different beers from the tap wall.

Bringing the family? Start with a Plain Cheese or Pepperoni Pie, add a White Pie or Vodka Square for variety, and throw in some wings or a salad.

The whole point is to try something, find what you love, and come back hungry.
